### sec.383 Application by resident to terminate fixed term agreement because of excessive hardship
The resident under a fixed term agreement may apply to a tribunal for an order terminating the agreement because the applicant would suffer excessive hardship if the agreement were not terminated.
The tribunal may make the order if it is satisfied the applicant has established the ground of the application.
If the tribunal makes the order, it may also make any other order it considers appropriate including, for example, an order that the applicant pay compensation to the other party.
(sec.383-ssec.1) The resident under a fixed term agreement may apply to a tribunal for an order terminating the agreement because the applicant would suffer excessive hardship if the agreement were not terminated.
