### sec.381D Effect of notice ending residency interest if sole resident This section applies if— a resident gives the provider a notice ending residency interest; and the resident is the sole resident for the rooming accommodation agreement. The rooming accommodation agreement ends on the later of the following days— the day that is 7 days after the notice ending residency interest is given to the provider; the day the resident vacates the rental premises. See section 125 and chapter 2 , part 3 , division 3 , subdivision 3A in relation to the resident applying to the authority for payment of the rental bond for the rooming accommodation agreement. s 381D ins 2021 No. 19 s 26 (sec.381D-ssec.1) This section applies if— a resident gives the provider a notice ending residency interest; and the resident is the sole resident for the rooming accommodation agreement.
