### sec.381A Victim’s right to leave
This section applies if a resident believes the resident can no longer safely continue to occupy rental premises because of domestic violence experienced by the resident.
The resident may end the resident’s interest in the rooming accommodation agreement by giving the provider a notice ending residency interest.
