### sec.376 Application by provider for termination for repeated breaches by resident
This section applies if—
the provider gives 2 notices to remedy breach to the resident for breaches of a particular provision in relation to the agreement; and
each notice relates to a separate breach of the particular provision; and
the resident remedies each breach within the relevant allowed remedy period; and
the resident commits a further breach of the particular provision after the breaches mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and
all breaches happen within the period prescribed under a regulation for this section.
The provider may apply to a tribunal for a termination order.
An application under this section is called an application made because of repeated breaches .
In this section—
provision means—
a provision of section 253 , other than paragraph (i) ; or
a provision of an agreement providing for the payment of rent; or
a provision of a body corporate by-law or house rule.
