### sec.359 Compensation on abandonment termination notice
If an agreement is terminated by the giving of an abandonment termination notice to the tenant, the lessor may apply to a tribunal for an order for compensation.
If an application is made by the lessor, a tribunal may make an order requiring the tenant to pay to the lessor an amount it considers appropriate as compensation for any loss (including loss of rent) or expense incurred by the lessor by the abandonment.
