### sec.353 Limited ways of recovering possession of premises from tenants
This section applies to premises in the possession of a person—
who is the tenant under a residential tenancy agreement; or
who was the tenant under a residential tenancy agreement and who is holding over after termination of the agreement.
A person must not recover possession of the premises other than in a way authorised under this Act.
Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —50 penalty units.

(sec.353-ssec.1) This section applies to premises in the possession of a person— who is the tenant under a residential tenancy agreement; or who was the tenant under a residential tenancy agreement and who is holding over after termination of the agreement.

- (a) who is the tenant under a residential tenancy agreement; or
