### sec.349 Defects in notices If an application is made to a tribunal by a lessor for a termination order because of a failure to leave, the tribunal may make the order if it is satisfied it is appropriate to make the order in all the circumstances of the case, even though the notice to leave contains a defect. If an application is made to a tribunal about a notice of intention to leave, the tribunal may make any order it is satisfied it is appropriate to make in all the circumstances of the case, even though the notice contains a defect.
