### sec.333 Withdrawing notice to leave for unremedied breach
The lessor may withdraw a notice to leave for an unremedied breach given by the lessor if the tenant remedies the breach.
The withdrawal—
must be made before the handover day; and
must be made by written notice given to the tenant; and
may be made only with the tenant’s written agreement.
On the withdrawal of a notice to leave under this section, the tenancy continues as if the notice to leave had not been given.
(sec.333-ssec.1) The lessor may withdraw a notice to leave for an unremedied breach given by the lessor if the tenant remedies the breach.
(sec.333-ssec.2) The withdrawal— must be made before the handover day; and must be made by written notice given to the tenant; and may be made only with the tenant’s written agreement.
