### sec.323 Application for interim order about damage or injury
This section applies if—
the domestic associate of the tenant, or an occupant of the premises, makes an application to a tribunal for a termination order for damage or injury; and
the applicant believes on reasonable grounds the tenant is likely to cause further damage or injury for which a termination order could be sought.
The applicant may apply to a tribunal for an order to restrain the tenant from causing the further damage or injury.
In this section—
domestic associate means a person in any of the following relationships—
an intimate personal relationship;
a family relationship;
an informal care relationship.
A term used in subsection (3) (a) to (c) has the same meaning as in the Domestic and Family Violence Protection Act 2012 and a reference in that Act to a court deciding whether a relationship exists includes a reference to the tribunal deciding that issue for this section.
