### sec.316 Application for interim order about damage or injury
This section applies if—
the tenant makes an application to a tribunal for a termination order because of damage or injury; and
the tenant believes on reasonable grounds the lessor is likely to cause further damage or injury for which a termination order could be sought.
The tenant may apply to a tribunal for an order to restrain the lessor from causing the further damage or injury.
(sec.316-ssec.1) This section applies if— the tenant makes an application to a tribunal for a termination order because of damage or injury; and the tenant believes on reasonable grounds the lessor is likely to cause further damage or injury for which a termination order could be sought.
(sec.316-ssec.2) The tenant may apply to a tribunal for an order to restrain the lessor from causing the further damage or injury.
- (a) the tenant makes an application to a tribunal for a termination order because of damage or injury; and
- (b) the tenant believes on reasonable grounds the lessor is likely to cause further damage or injury for which a termination order could be sought.
