### sec.308A Victim’s right to leave This section applies if a tenant believes the tenant can no longer safely continue to occupy the premises because of domestic violence experienced by the tenant. The tenant may end the tenant’s interest in the residential tenancy agreement by giving the lessor a notice ending tenancy interest. s 308A ins 2021 No. 19 s 22 (sec.308A-ssec.1) This section applies if a tenant believes the tenant can no longer safely continue to occupy the premises because of domestic violence experienced by the tenant.
