### sec.307C Notice of intention to leave if entitlement to student accommodation ends This section applies if— premises are used for student accommodation; and the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises depends on the tenant being a student. The tenant may give a notice of intention to leave the premises to the lessor if the tenant stops being a student. A notice of intention to leave under this section is called a notice of intention to leave for ending of entitlement to student accommodation . This section does not apply to moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park. In this section— student means a person enrolled in a course that, under the Social Security Act 1991 (Cwlth) , section 569B , is an approved course of education or study for section 569A (b) of that Act. student accommodation means premises primarily used to provide accommodation to students. s 307C ins 2021 No. 19 s 63 (sec.307C-ssec.1) This section applies if— premises are used for student accommodation; and the tenant’s entitlement to occupy the premises depends on the tenant being a student.
