### sec.304 Notice of intention to leave for lessor’s noncompliance with tribunal order
The tenant may give a notice of intention to leave the premises to the lessor because the lessor has failed to comply with an order of a tribunal.
A notice of intention to leave under this section is called a notice of intention to leave for noncompliance (tribunal order) .
