### sec.302 Notice of intention to leave for unremedied breach
The tenant may give a notice of intention to leave the premises to the lessor because the lessor has failed to comply, within the allowed remedy period, with a notice to remedy breach given to the lessor by the tenant.
A notice of intention to leave under this section is called a notice of intention to leave for an unremedied breach .
