### sec.298 Application for termination for incompatibility
This section applies only to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).
The lessor may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the lessor and tenant are incompatible in a way that makes it desirable, in the interests of both parties, for the agreement to end.
An application under this section is called an application made because of incompatibility .
