### sec.294 Application for termination for failure to leave as intended
The lessor may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the tenant—
gave a notice of intention to leave the premises to the lessor; and
did not withdraw the notice before the handover day; and
failed to hand over vacant possession of the premises to the lessor on the handover day.
An application under this section must be made within 2 weeks after the handover day.
An application under this section is called an application made because of a failure to leave as intended .

(sec.294-ssec.1) The lessor may apply to a tribunal for a termination order because the tenant— gave a notice of intention to leave the premises to the lessor; and did not withdraw the notice before the handover day; and failed to hand over vacant possession of the premises to the lessor on the handover day.
(sec.294-ssec.2) An application under this section must be made within 2 weeks after the handover day.
