### sec.292 Notice to leave for end of agreed short tenancy period
This section applies in relation to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling) for moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park.
The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant relating to the ending of the tenant’s occupation of the premises at the end of—
the base period; or
if a short tenancy (extension) statement has been made—the extended period.
A notice to leave under this section must be given at least 2 days before the period mentioned in subsection (2) ends.
A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for end of short tenancy (moveable dwelling) .

(sec.292-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling) for moveable dwelling premises in a moveable dwelling park.
(sec.292-ssec.2) The lessor may give a notice to leave the premises to the tenant relating to the ending of the tenant’s occupation of the premises at the end of— the base period; or if a short tenancy (extension) statement has been made—the extended period.
