### sec.286 Notice to leave if premises being sold
The lessor may give the tenant a notice to leave the premises because—
the lessor is preparing to sell the premises and the preparation requires the premises to be vacant; or
the lessor has entered into a contract to sell the premises with vacant possession.
A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for sale contract .
This section does not apply to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).

(sec.286-ssec.1) The lessor may give the tenant a notice to leave the premises because— the lessor is preparing to sell the premises and the preparation requires the premises to be vacant; or the lessor has entered into a contract to sell the premises with vacant possession.
(sec.286-ssec.2) A notice to leave under this section is called a notice to leave for sale contract .
(sec.286-ssec.3) This section does not apply to a residential tenancy that is a short tenancy (moveable dwelling).

- (b) the lessor has entered into a contract to sell the premises with vacant possession.
