### sec.257 Entry with resident’s agreement
The provider may enter the resident’s room, for any reason, if the resident agrees.
The provider orally asks to enter the resident’s room and the resident orally agrees.
The rooming accommodation agreement states times at which the provider may enter the room each week to carry out cleaning.
If the provider has agreed to provide a service other than accommodation to the resident, the provider may enter the resident’s room at the times that are reasonably necessary to provide the service.
(sec.257-ssec.1) The provider may enter the resident’s room, for any reason, if the resident agrees. The provider orally asks to enter the resident’s room and the resident orally agrees.
