### sec.256AA Attaching fixtures or making structural changes for safety, security or accessibility
A fixture may be attached, or a structural change may be made, to rental premises if the fixture or structural change—
is necessary for a resident’s safety, security or accessibility; and
is attached or made in the circumstances, and in accordance with any requirements, prescribed by regulation.
