### sec.234 Decision of tribunal about proposal
If an application is made to a tribunal about the reasonableness of the proposal to change a park rule, the tribunal may—
declare the proposal to be reasonable or unreasonable; or
change the proposal in a way it considers appropriate to make it reasonable; or
make any other order it considers appropriate.
In deciding the application, the issues to which the tribunal may have regard include the following—
the park’s location;
the park’s internal layout;
the amenities, improvements, facilities and other physical features of the park;
the number of residents and their needs;
the levels of rent and other charges paid by residents.
Subsection (2) does not limit the issues to which the tribunal may have regard.
(sec.234-ssec.1) If an application is made to a tribunal about the reasonableness of the proposal to change a park rule, the tribunal may— declare the proposal to be reasonable or unreasonable; or change the proposal in a way it considers appropriate to make it reasonable; or make any other order it considers appropriate.

(sec.234-ssec.3) Subsection (2) does not limit the issues to which the tribunal may have regard.
- (a) declare the proposal to be reasonable or unreasonable; or
- (b) change the proposal in a way it considers appropriate to make it reasonable; or
- (c) make any other order it considers appropriate.
