### sec.229 Notice of proposed change of park rule
If the owner of a moveable dwelling park proposes to change a park rule, the owner must—
fix a day (the objection closing day ) by which residents of the park may object to the proposed change (the proposal ); and
give notice of the proposal to each resident and any person who becomes a resident before the objection closing day.
A notice must be given—
for a resident—at least 1 month before the objection closing day; or
for someone else—when the person becomes a resident.
The notice must—
be in writing; and
inform the resident that the resident may object to the proposal before the objection closing day; and
inform the resident how the objection may be made.
