### sec.226 Costs of relocation
The reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the tenant in complying with the notice to relocate are payable to the tenant by the lessor.
If application is made to a tribunal under this section by the tenant, the tribunal may make an order requiring the lessor to pay to the tenant the amount it considers the tenant is entitled to receive under subsection (1) .
(sec.226-ssec.1) The reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the tenant in complying with the notice to relocate are payable to the tenant by the lessor.
