### sec.208 Process for approval to attach fixtures and make structural changes—lessor approval
This section applies if section 207 does not apply in relation to the attaching of a fixture, or the making of a structural change, to premises.
The tenant may give the lessor a request, in the approved form, for approval to attach a fixture, or make a structural change, to the premises.
The lessor—
must decide the tenant’s request within—
28 days after receiving the request; or
if agreed to by the tenant and lessor—a longer period; and
may either agree, or refuse to agree, to the request; and
if the request is agreed to—may give the agreement subject to conditions.

The lessor must not act unreasonably in refusing the request.
The tenant may attach the fixture, or make the structural change, to the premises in accordance with the lessor’s agreement.

Also, the tenant may attach the fixture or make the structural change in accordance with an order of a tribunal.

(sec.208-ssec.1) This section applies if section 207 does not apply in relation to the attaching of a fixture, or the making of a structural change, to premises.
(sec.208-ssec.2) The tenant may give the lessor a request, in the approved form, for approval to attach a fixture, or make a structural change, to the premises.
(sec.208-ssec.3) The lessor— must decide the tenant’s request within— 28 days after receiving the request; or if agreed to by the tenant and lessor—a longer period; and may either agree, or refuse to agree, to the request; and if the request is agreed to—may give the agreement subject to conditions.
