### sec.184G Continuation of authorisation to keep pet or working dog at premises
This section applies if—
the lessor gives approval for the tenant to keep a pet at the premises; or
See section 184D (4) for circumstances in which a lessor is taken to have approved a pet being kept at the premises.
the tenant is authorised under section 184B (2) to keep a working dog at the premises.
The authorisation to keep the pet or working dog at the premises continues for the life of the pet or working dog and is not affected by any of the following matters—
the ending of a residential tenancy agreement, if the tenant continues occupying the premises under a new agreement;
a change in the lessor or lessor’s agent;
for a working dog—the retirement of the dog from the service the dog provided as a working dog.

(sec.184G-ssec.1) This section applies if— the lessor gives approval for the tenant to keep a pet at the premises; or See section 184D (4) for circumstances in which a lessor is taken to have approved a pet being kept at the premises. the tenant is authorised under section 184B (2) to keep a working dog at the premises.
(sec.184G-ssec.2) The authorisation to keep the pet or working dog at the premises continues for the life of the pet or working dog and is not affected by any of the following matters— the ending of a residential tenancy agreement, if the tenant continues occupying the premises under a new agreement; a change in the lessor or lessor’s agent; for a working dog—the retirement of the dog from the service the dog provided as a working dog.

- (b) the tenant is authorised under section 184B (2) to keep a working dog at the premises.
