### sec.181 Legal impediments to occupation as residence
The lessor must ensure there is no legal impediment to occupation of the premises by the tenant as a residence for the term of the tenancy.
Subsection (1) applies only to legal impediments the lessor knew about, or ought reasonably to have known about, when entering into the agreement.
