### sec.14 Resident Resident means a person— who, in rental premises, occupies 1 or more rooms as the person’s only or main residence; and who is not— the provider; or a relative of the provider. - (a) who, in rental premises, occupies 1 or more rooms as the person’s only or main residence; and - (b) who is not— (i) the provider; or (ii) a relative of the provider. - (i) the provider; or - (ii) a relative of the provider. - (i) the provider; or - (ii) a relative of the provider.
