### sec.133 Application only by lessor or provider This section applies if the application is made only by the lessor or provider. If the application directs that payments be made to all of the contributors in the same proportions as their shares of the bond, the authority must make the payments. Otherwise— the authority must make the payment as required under subdivision 4 ; and each contributor is an interested person for the payment. s 133 amd 2021 No. 19 s 107 s ch 1 pt 1 (sec.133-ssec.1) This section applies if the application is made only by the lessor or provider. (sec.133-ssec.2) If the application directs that payments be made to all of the contributors in the same proportions as their shares of the bond, the authority must make the payments.
