### sec.115 Share of a rental bond This section applies if there is more than 1 contributor for a rental bond. If the authority is satisfied a contributor for a rental bond is responsible for payment of a certain amount of the bond, that amount is the contributor’s share of the bond. The authority may assume 2 or more contributors for a rental bond are responsible for payment of the bond, or part of the bond, in equal shares if the authority— is satisfied the contributors are responsible for payment of the bond or that part of the bond; but has not been notified, by a rental bond notice or a written notice from the contributors, of the amount for which each of the contributors is responsible. (sec.115-ssec.1) This section applies if there is more than 1 contributor for a rental bond.
