### sec.109 Apportionment
The rent payable under an agreement accumulates from day to day.
On the ending of the agreement—
the rent is to be appropriately apportioned; and
the appropriate amount is payable by or to the resident.
If there is a dispute between the provider and resident about the amount payable, either party may apply to a tribunal and the tribunal may make any order it considers appropriate about the payment of an amount by or to the resident.
(sec.109-ssec.1) The rent payable under an agreement accumulates from day to day.
(sec.109-ssec.2) On the ending of the agreement— the rent is to be appropriately apportioned; and the appropriate amount is payable by or to the resident.
