### sec.105C Evidence of last rent increase A resident may, by written notice, ask a provider or provider’s agent to give the resident evidence of the day of the last rent increase for the resident’s room. a copy of a previous rooming accommodation agreement for the resident’s room a written rent increase notice for the resident’s room a copy of the rent ledger for the resident’s room The provider or provider’s agent must give the resident the evidence within 14 days after receiving the request. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. Evidence must not be given to the resident under this section unless personal information about any other person has been removed or otherwise de-identified.
