### sec.101 Rent in advance
A provider or provider’s agent must not require a resident to pay more than 2 weeks rent in advance.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A provider or provider’s agent must not require a payment of rent under an agreement in a period for which rent has already been paid.
