### sec.51 Crimes and summary offences
The following offences are crimes—
an offence mentioned in part 2 or in part 3 , division 2 ;
an offence against section 50 (1) , if the offence attempted to be committed is a crime.
The offender can not be arrested without warrant.
Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence.
(sec.51-ssec.1) The following offences are crimes— an offence mentioned in part 2 or in part 3 , division 2 ; an offence against section 50 (1) , if the offence attempted to be committed is a crime.
(sec.51-ssec.2) The offender can not be arrested without warrant.
(sec.51-ssec.3) Any other offence against this Act is a summary offence.
- (a) an offence mentioned in part 2 or in part 3 , division 2 ;
- (b) an offence against section 50 (1) , if the offence attempted to be committed is a crime.
