### sec.47 Consent
Before obtaining the consent of a person for the purposes of section 43 (2) (a) , the inspector must inform the person that he or she may refuse consent.
An entry of an inspector by virtue of the consent of a person is not lawful unless the person voluntarily consented to the entry.
