### sec.36 Notification of variation, suspension or revocation of licence If the NHMRC Licensing Committee varies, suspends or revokes a licence, the committee must notify— the licence holder; and the HREC and the relevant State body. The NHMRC Licensing Committee must also notify the bodies mentioned in subsection (1) (b) if a licence is surrendered.
