### sec.25 Offence—breaching a licence condition
A person commits an offence if the person intentionally engages in conduct, knowing that the conduct contravenes a condition of a licence that applies to the person, or reckless as to whether the conduct contravenes a condition of such a licence.
Maximum penalty—5 years imprisonment.
In this section—
engage in conduct means—
do an act; or
omit to perform an act.
(sec.25-ssec.1) A person commits an offence if the person intentionally engages in conduct, knowing that the conduct contravenes a condition of a licence that applies to the person, or reckless as to whether the conduct contravenes a condition of such a licence. Maximum penalty—5 years imprisonment.
(sec.25-ssec.2) In this section— engage in conduct means— do an act; or omit to perform an act.
