### sec.51 Reprints authorised under previous pt 6
An existing authorised reprint is, from the commencement, taken to be a reprint authorised by the parliamentary counsel under the Legislative Standards Act 1992 , section 10A.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of this section.
existing authorised reprint means a reprint—
authorised by the parliamentary counsel under part 6 as in force before the commencement; and
printed by or under the authority of the government printer or published on the Queensland legislation website.

(sec.51-ssec.1) An existing authorised reprint is, from the commencement, taken to be a reprint authorised by the parliamentary counsel under the Legislative Standards Act 1992 , section 10A.
(sec.51-ssec.2) In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. existing authorised reprint means a reprint— authorised by the parliamentary counsel under part 6 as in force before the commencement; and printed by or under the authority of the government printer or published on the Queensland legislation website.
- (a) authorised by the parliamentary counsel under part 6 as in force before the commencement; and
- (b) printed by or under the authority of the government printer or published on the Queensland legislation website.
