### sec.33 Reference to authorising Act
If—
there is a reference in an instrument to a provision of the Act under which a statutory instrument is made or in force; and
the words ‘of the Act ’, or words of similar effect, do not appear at the end of the reference;
the words ‘of the Act ’ may be inserted at the end of the reference.
