### sec.26 Spelling
If a provision of a law uses a word that is spelt incorrectly, the word may be spelt correctly.
‘accommodation’ may replace ‘accomodation’.
‘similar’ may replace ‘similiar’.
If a provision of a law uses a word that is spelt in a way that is inconsistent with current legislative drafting practice, the word may be spelt in a different way that is consistent with current legislative drafting practice.
‘authorise’ may replace ‘authorize’
and
‘organisation’ may replace ‘organization’.
‘connection’ may replace ‘connexion’.
‘program’ may replace ‘programme’.
