### sec.17 Word ‘Act’ not included in citation etc.
If an Act has a citation that does not include the word ‘Act’, the citation or a reference to the Act may be given including the word ‘Act’, and any necessary consequential amendments made to the citation or reference.
If subordinate legislation has a citation that does not indicate the type of instrument, the citation or a reference to the legislation may be given including the type of instrument, and any necessary consequential amendments made to the citation or reference.

(sec.17-ssec.1) If an Act has a citation that does not include the word ‘Act’, the citation or a reference to the Act may be given including the word ‘Act’, and any necessary consequential amendments made to the citation or reference.
