### sec.3 Regionally significant water source
For the Act , section 8 (3) , the Condamine Alluvium is prescribed as a regionally significant water source.
In this section—
Condamine Alluvium means the groundwater SDL resource units referred to as the Upper Condamine Alluvium (Central Condamine Alluvium) and the Upper Condamine Alluvium (Tributaries) under the Basin Plan 2012 (Cwlth) .
The Basin Plan 2012 (Cwlth) is made under the Water Act 2007 (Cwlth) and is available at www.comlaw.gov.au/Details/F2012L02240.
(sec.3-ssec.1) For the Act , section 8 (3) , the Condamine Alluvium is prescribed as a regionally significant water source.
