### sec.13 Notifiable assessment application For the Act , section 34 (2) (a) , an assessment application is notifiable if the area of regional interest in which the resource activity is proposed to be carried out is a priority living area. For the Act , section 35 (1) (a) , the way in which an applicant must publish a notice about a notifiable assessment application is at least once in a newspaper circulating generally in the area of the land. For the Act , section 35 (4) , the notification period for a notifiable assessment application is 15 business days after the notice about the application is first published under subsection (2) .
