### sch.4-sec.1 Definition for schedule
In this schedule—
expected area of impact , for an assessment application, means the area in which—
the activity is proposed to be carried out; and
carrying out the activity is likely to have an impact.
- (a) the activity is proposed to be carried out; and
- (b) carrying out the activity is likely to have an impact.
