### sch.2-sec.12 Required outcome 3—managing impacts on strategic cropping land for a region
This section applies if the activity—
does not meet required outcome 1; or
is being carried out on 2 or more properties (SCL) in the strategic cropping area.
The activity will not result in a material impact on strategic cropping land in an area in the strategic cropping area.
(sch.2-sec.12-ssec.1) This section applies if the activity— does not meet required outcome 1; or is being carried out on 2 or more properties (SCL) in the strategic cropping area.
(sch.2-sec.12-ssec.2) The activity will not result in a material impact on strategic cropping land in an area in the strategic cropping area.
- (a) does not meet required outcome 1; or
- (b) is being carried out on 2 or more properties (SCL) in the strategic cropping area.
