### sec.97 Definitions for pt 8 In this part— commencement means the day on which the provision in which the term is used commences. mitigation fund see the repealed Act, section 148. repealed Act means the repealed Strategic Cropping Land Act 2011 . SCL protection decision see the repealed Act, section 91(1)(b). transitioned decision means a decision for which an information notice was given under the repealed Act, section 102 or 105(6).
