### sec.95 Regulation-making power
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
A regulation may provide—
for fees payable under this Act and the matters for which they are payable; and
for a maximum penalty of 20 penalty units for contravention of the regulation.
(sec.95-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
