### sec.91 No compensation because of Act No compensation is payable by the State or an official— for, or in connection with, the enactment, making or operation of this Act or any statutory instrument under it; or because the carrying out of an activity is made unlawful, or is conditional or restricted, under this Act. In this section— compensation means any amount, whether by way of compensation, reimbursement or otherwise.
