### sec.64 What is a mitigation deed A mitigation deed is a deed to which the chief executive and the holder of a regional interests development approval are parties that— is about the mitigation value of mitigated SCL land; and complies with the requirements prescribed under a regulation. - (a) is about the mitigation value of mitigated SCL land; and - (b) complies with the requirements prescribed under a regulation.
