### sec.59 Regional interests conditions paramount This section applies to a regional interests development approval for a priority agricultural area or the strategic cropping area. If there is any inconsistency between the conditions of the approval and a condition of the relevant authority, the conditions of the approval prevail to the extent of the inconsistency. For subsection (2) , it does not matter when the approval, authority or conditions were granted or imposed in relation to each other.
