### sec.49 Criteria for decision
In deciding an assessment application, the chief executive must consider all of the following—
the extent of the expected impact of the resource activity or regulated activity on the area of regional interest;
any criteria for the decision prescribed under a regulation;
if the decision is for a notifiable assessment application—all properly made submissions received by the chief executive about the application;
if the decision is for a referable assessment application—any advice about the application included in an assessing agency’s response;
any advice about the application given by Coexistence Queensland.
Also, the chief executive may consider any other matter the chief executive considers relevant.

- (b) any criteria for the decision prescribed under a regulation;
- (c) if the decision is for a notifiable assessment application—all properly made submissions received by the chief executive about the application;
- (d) if the decision is for a referable assessment application—any advice about the application included in an assessing agency’s response;
- (e) any advice about the application given by Coexistence Queensland.
